Great option if you're looking for pure consistency. At 45 years old, I don't have the time or patience to guess whether the chef is having a good day; I just want good food without surprises. What impresses me most about this Killer Noodle location is how standardized their kitchen is. I've been here dozens of times, and whether I order the Dandan, classic ramen, or the dry version, the dish comes out exactly the same in flavor, noodles, and spice level as the last time. That level of precision is greatly appreciated. To go with it, the Karaage is really good too—crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Special shoutout to the beer: I don't know if it's line maintenance, machine temperature, or some kind of magic, but the Sapporo draft here tastes fresher and better than anywhere else in the city. Plus, if you go Monday through Friday, happy hour makes that Sapporo draft super reasonably priced. Clean spot, quick and direct service. If you want a bold, reliable bowl of noodles every single time you walk through the door, this is the place.

Delightful and delicious! I had Dan Dan Tokyo noodles- so amazingly delicious. My vegetarian friends had the vegetarian Dan Dan and the green curry. Lunch special so we had matcha too!

I was just hungry and wanted a good bowl of soup and I went to this spot and out of the blue this beautiful young lady appeared and recommended to me the house special bowl and I can tell you now after my first sip … It’s yummmmmy! One of best ramen bowls I have had and MARRY was just absolutely accommodating and friendly … even though it was almost closing time … THANK YOU MARRY

I knew I should have ordered hotter. I love spicy foods, but since I was about to go on a 6 hr road trip I was intimidated by the spice levels on the menu and only ordered a level 4 (above average). I should have gotten 6 or maybe even tried the extra spicy challenge. I didn't realize everything was ramen with broth until after I ordered. That's fine, but I would have prefer no soup. I got tantanmen (dandan noodles on the menu even though that's the Chinese name and that version is not usually served w soup). The ramen noodles themselves weren't very bouncy or nice consistency, just kind of porous and no bite. The soup was a tiny bit spicy, but in a capsaicin extract or oily kind of way. Just additives--no fresh chile or chile flake or chile sauce. So it was very one note. If you breathe in hard, it can make you cough but the inside of your mouth doesn't feel any tingling or numbing if that makes sense. My nose maybe ran for a second. The ground meat was the smallest amount and pre-cooked. Egg was nice. Why Korean sil-gochu on Japanese ramen? Friendly and fast service from the waitresses, but I wouldn't go back. Amount was small in a good way, but the price was still high $19+ afte
